Let’s face it unless you have been living on another planet for the last 5 years you are probably aware of the popularity of social networking. It’s almost amazing how many people are into it. I actually think I have noticed a recent drop in email. Of course I still get tons of spam and junk mail. It just seems like rather than sending someone an email they just post or comment on something to friends and family pages. Either that or everyone is sending text messages or something.
It seems like we kind of went from:
>Writing a letter with pen and paper
->To calling someone on the phone
–>To emailing
—>To cellphones and text messaging
—->To social networking
Which makes me wonder what could possibly be next? Just how long will the popularity of social networking last or be around for?
I have a feeling it’s not going anywhere soon. Then again there is always some new trend. Everyone jumps on the bandwagon because their friends think or say it’s cool.
